Account & sign-up

I forgot my password
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to receive a reset email. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
I want to change my email address
You can change it from the dashboard settings page. A confirmation email will be sent to the new address.
I want to delete my account
Email us from your registered address requesting deletion. After verification we will permanently remove all associated data.

Pricing & billing

What does the free plan include?
Main modules (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing, Vocabulary, Pronunciation) are available up to 5 sessions per day. Pronunciation evaluation is limited to 2 per day. No credit card required.
What's the difference between subscriptions and passes?
Subscriptions are monthly or annual auto-renewing plans. Passes are one-time purchases for fixed durations (1 to 12 months) with no auto-renewal and no cancellation needed. Customers in China and Hong Kong can buy passes with Alipay or WeChat Pay.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to the "Billing" page in your dashboard to access the Stripe Customer Portal and cancel at any time. You retain access until your next renewal date.
Is there a free trial?
Eligible subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

Refunds

Refund policy
Subscriptions: Cancel during the 7-day trial and no charge is made. After that, monthly and annual fees are generally non-refundable. Passes (one-time purchase): Refundable within 7 days of purchase if not yet used. If learning features have already been used, refunds are generally not granted. For technical issues that prevented usage, please contact us and we will review your case individually.

Technical issues

My microphone isn't being recognized
Check your browser's microphone permissions. We recommend the latest version of Chrome or Edge. Safari works on mobile, but desktop browsers are more stable.
Audio isn't playing
Check your browser and device volume settings. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache and signing in again.
